Organic Rosemary and Bay Leaf

 

Bay Leaves: have been used to flavor dishes since the time of the Ancient Greeks. They also became popular in French cooking and across the Middle East.
Rosemary: a highly aromatic and slightly bitter herb that has a strong evergreen essence.

One of our favorite ways to use rosemary is a seasoning for chicken with slices of lemon. Rosemary pairs nicely with our lemon pepper seasoning as well!

BAY LEAF IN SHREDDED BEEF RAGU

When simmering beef for a couple of hours, add a few bay leaves to the juices in the pot to flavor the meat.
