Organic Prime Rib Seasoning and Marjoram - some surprisingly hearty meals!

Marjoram is a perennial herb with pine and citrus flavors. It is a close relative to oregano and in the Middle East it is called sweet oregano. The tops are cut as the plant begins to flower and are laid to dry in the shade. Our organic marjoram is from Egypt. It's native to Cyprus and southern Turkey. It is used in soups, stews, dressings, and sauces.

Prime Rib Seasoning is a perfect blend of organic dehydrated vegetables such as onion, tomato and garlic with sea salt and paprika along with other organic spices. It's earthy, mildly spiced, and peppery. It was made with a prime rib in mind but also delicious on vegan proteins.

PRIME RIB
We have to feature a perfect prime rib for our Prime Rib Seasoning. You can hear the crunch when cutting it just by looking at the crispy outside. The trick is to leave the meat uncovered in the fridge the night before in order to dry out the outside-- this allows for the perfect salty crunch.

STUFFED SQUASH WITH MARJORAM
This squash is stuffed with chopped turkey pieces and onion seasoned with marjoram. It has a sweeter flavor profile and tastes delicious as a healthy fall dish.

SOY PROTEINS OVER COUSCOUS
Our Prime Rib seasoning is so versatile, you can season your vegan proteins with it. Here we picked a soy protein and seasoned it with our spices before cooking. Serve over a bed of couscous and veggies!
