Baking with Organic sugar and baking spice

When baking or cooking with sugar, there really isn’t a replacement for its simple, clear, sweet characteristics. It’s the one flavor that enhances or balances salty, sour, bitter and spicy.

With organic sugar we have a delicious pairing - organic baking spice. It's made with ingredients such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves! -- A staple in almost all of your sweet baked items.

CLASSIC COFFEE CAKE
This cake rarely contains coffee so you'll really taste our cinnamon, nutmeg and clove in our baking spice. You can style it up with streusel bits on top or use icing.

ORGANIC CANDIES
Candy companies are leaning towards using organic sugars, and agar-agar instead of gelatin to keep it vegan and kosher. It will taste sweeter knowing our organic sugar cane farmers are committed to sustainable, non-GMO agricultural methods. That means no herbicides or synthetic fertilizers.

Did you know?

Organic cane sugar comes from certified organic sugar cane. It has a higher molasses and mineral content than conventional sugars.

CHERRY CAKE

Before cherry season ends, check out this fun cherry cake! Use both our organic sugar and organic baking powder. The cake is sweet and the cherries are tart!

APPLE CRUMBLE

Our baking spice mixed with apple filling smells delicious when it comes right out of the oven. Our baking spice ingredients come from India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
