INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HQOexpress does not ship products internationally. Even though we are experts in shipping, there are just too many rules and regulations regarding importation of food products into many countries. We strive to keep our prices competitive and having to keep accurate track of the VAT, customs, customs handling charges and the rest, makes it very difficult and time consuming with so many countries. If you would like to purchase an item at HQOexpress, first check to see if your country will even allow the items you want to purchase into your country before you make your purchase. We are not allowed by law to accept returns.

If you are interested in purchasing one of our products and you live outside the US or its territories we suggest that you use a package forwarding company.

How does it work?

1. You open an account with the package forwarding company
2. They assign you a US mailing address at their warehouse
3. You purchase your items from our store or any online store
4. You have your items shipped to your US address
5. The package forwarding company notifies you then reships your package to your country by carrier and method of your choice
